Cova’s Special Events:
Personalized, perfectly-paired events are a specialty at Cova, and can be arranged in the
comfort and class of our reserve room or at the spacious outside patio or our Heights location.
Both of our locations are an ideal place for your office parties, business meetings, wine dinners, wine tastings, and brunches. If you would like to visit Cova, I will be more than happy to show you our restaurant, “The Cove” and Reserve Room, and discuss further plans
for your party.
Remember, due to high demand, it is never too early to reserve a space for your Christmas or holiday party. Most importantly, we believe that “Life is too short to drink bad juice!” , and look forward to assisting you in choosing the perfect glass or bottle of wine for your enjoyment.

Facilities: For private parties, COVA offers an intimate reserve room ensured to deliver a world class dining experience with a seating capacity of 16 guests. The Cove is a semi private enclosure nestled behind our retail area and is promised to provide a unique dining experience for up to 12 guests. Our bar area is also available for happy-hour parties between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Larger parties are encouraged to rent COVA closed to the public, exclusively for their own dining pleasure.
Food: We have several menus you may peruse so that you can customize the menu for your own party.
Staff: Our experienced staff will extend courteous, professional and knowledgeable service to your guests. Service fees are covered by a 20% gratuity added to the total bill. Some special events requiring more service personnel may necessitate an additional service fee.
Special Requirements: If you require a podium, projector, screen or other business-related item, we can make those arrangements for you with advance notice. We can also arrange for flowers, linen, live music, banners or anything else needed for your party.
